Welcome

Firstly a big thank you to all my previous clients for giving me authority to use their images on my website, without their co-operation this website would not exist, so thank you and secondly a big thank you to you for taking the time to check out my site. I hope you like it.

I have had an interest in photography from an early age, as a kid I was always running around and taking pictures of anything and everything. About two years ago I completed a City & Guilds Level 2 in Photography with two distinctions and a merit. I decided to put this knowledge together with my love of photography to good use and start an (at the minute) part time business mainly specializing in Baby and Children Portraiture, Modern Family Prints, Model Portfolios and Pet Portraiture.

I did not want to go to the expense of having premises and the typical studio situation, so I decided that instead of this I could go to the client's house to take the pictures. This has proved to be very popular with the clients as especially with young children and pets, keeping them in their own environment keeps them a lot calmer and relaxed in turn allowing for more natural pictures. Also with not having the expense of premises I can keep my prices very competitive.

About a year ago I invested in a Studio Lighting Kit and a Professional Background system together with a plain white and plain black backing. This has allowed me to produce studio quality prints.

It can also be arranged to a location of the client's choice to do the photo shoot, such as Carrickfergus Castle and Belfast Castle, at not extra charge. Also if the clients feel that there would not be enough room to carry out the photo shoot in their house (for example of a large family group), in that case I can arrange with the local Community Centre to book a room for the photo shoot to take place (again at no extra charge). This has also proved very popular in recent months.

Moving on you will see on the site my Landscape and Abstract work. These images are available for you to buy. The cost of these is noted in the pricing guide, which I hope you find to be reasonable.
